Refund request and processing time
You may request a refund of the remaining balance on your Digicash Presented by Banamex wristband through the online form available on the event website, www.dalemixx.com.mx, from Wednesday, August 19 at 11:00 a.m. until Wednesday, September 9 at 11:55 p.m.
The estimated refund processing time is 7 to 14 business days from submission of the request.
Chip use and refundable balance
This chip is provided and activated by 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. so funds can be added to it and charged against them. It serves as an electronic payment method exclusively in designated areas inside Parque Fundidora during the event known as “DALE MIXX,” held on August 15, 2026.
The amount loaded onto this chip may be refunded by 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. after the event by requesting it through www.dalemixx.com.mx, where the usage, validity, invoicing, and refund policies are available. The refundable amount is the balance the user did not spend on purchases during the event.
Loss, theft, and age restriction
If the chip is lost or stolen, it is not eligible for exchange or replacement, and the remaining or loaded balance cannot be claimed from 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. or any third party.
Only people 18 years of age or older who verify their age with a valid original government-issued ID may purchase alcoholic beverages using this chip.

Solicitud y plazo de reembolso
Puedes pedir el reembolso del saldo restante en tu pulsera Digicash Presentado por Banamex, por medio del formulario online que encontrarás en el sitio web del evento www.dalemixx.com.mx a partir del miércoles 19 de agosto a las 11:00 hrs y hasta el miércoles 9 de septiembre a las 23:55 hrs.
El plazo estimado para el proceso de reembolso es de 7 a 14 días hábiles desde el ingreso de la solicitud.
Uso del chip y saldo reembolsable
El presente chip es proporcionado y ha sido activado por 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. para abonarle recursos y con cargo a éstos, el cual sirve como medio electrónico de pago exclusivamente en las áreas designadas dentro del inmueble Parque Fundidora durante el evento denominado “DALE MIXX” que se celebrará el día 15 de agosto de 2026.
El monto abonado a este chip podrá ser reembolsado por 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. al final del evento solicitándolo en el sitio www.dalemixx.com.mx, donde se encuentran las políticas de uso, vigencia, facturación y reembolso. El monto por reembolsar es el saldo que no utilizó el usuario en sus compras durante el evento.
Pérdida, robo y restricción de edad
En caso de pérdida o robo del chip, éste no es sujeto a cambio ni reposición y no se podrá reclamar a 50 Producciones S.A. de C.V. ni a ningún tercero el monto remanente o abonado.
Podrán adquirir bebidas alcohólicas con cargo a este chip sólo los mayores de 18 años que acrediten lo anterior mediante documento oficial, original y vigente.
